T'as raison, Odomar ! c'est une variété de pain.
Comme son nom l'indique c'est un pain qui est cuit deux fois, qui est donc très dur, et qu'on trempe ensuite dans la soupe ! C'est l'ancêtre de nos petits croûtons !!
Je suis devenue experte en biscuit à soupe mais cela ne me donne pas le titre du film
